A leading financial services company that operates throughout the UK is looking to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors.

The business is growing significantly due to major contract wins and offers a highly competitive salary, bonuses and excellent benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking incoming calls from clients/customers with the objective of finding the best fit solutions to queries.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Assessing financial Information
  • Delivering solutions
  • PCLiterate
  • Communication skills
