My client based in Belfast is looking to appoint a motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic person with excellent administrative and communication skills.

You will provide the first point of contact for new and existing clients and undertake a wide range of office duties.

Every day is different so you must be resilient, flexible and well-organised.


Overview of the position:

The position of Administrator will be to provide all administration support to the Service Department.

Customer service skills and strong work ethic are a must have to work in a growing and very busy service department.


To provide support to regional growth and ensure processes are effective and administration of them are completed in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Logging of Fault Calls
  • Dealing with Telephone queries relating to Service Department (Faults)
  • Allocation of Calls to Engineers
  • Updating Client with reports etc
  • Liaising with customers and clients on progress of jobs
  • Keeping the Service software up to date.
  • Meeting the Service Department KPIs / Client KPIs
  • Processing of engineer paperwork
  • Invoicing the calls when completed on the Sage System
  • Ensuring Deadlines are met
  • Overall General Administrative duties
  • Allocation and Reconciliation of Engineers Van stock

Essential Requirements:


  • 2 Years' current admin experience / service desk experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • MS Excel

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
