The Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Bury St Edmunds business who will be responsible for supporting colleagues with administrative duties as and when required.
In detail the role includes:
- Raising purchase orders
- Recording goods in/goods out
- Processing invoices on our system
- Raising sales invoices
- Maintaining and updating asset register
- General day to day admin duties as required
Who we want
- Experience in accounts and office administration
- Excellent communication skills
- A can do attitude who uses own initiative and can work independently
- Good knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy
- Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
- Ability to use own initiative
