Lettings Associate
- £ £19.23 per hour + Holiday Pay_

Week on week for around 2 months_
Based in Stratford and out on site_
35 hours per week, with some occasional weekend working required_

Applicant must be available immediately.
Our client is looking for a lettings associate to join their vibrant team based in Stratford.

You will be required to qualify leads, advise customers on the benefits of the London Living Rent scheme, carry out viewings and progress sign-ups within target and timescales.

We are looking for applicants who have a commercial mindset, ideally have experience in new home lettings, can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a track record of meetings targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

To succeed in this role, you should be good at building relationships with people and communicate well with colleagues and prospective residents.

You'll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage your own caseload whilst adhering to deadlines. Stakeholder management is key to this role, and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
