My client is currently looking to hire a Sales Ledger Clerk to provide maternity cover from January to October 2023.

Within the role you'll help ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations continue within the business.

What's in it for you?

  • 37.5 hour working week (08:30 17:00, Monday Friday)

Your new role as a Sales Ledger Clerk

  • Prepare batch processing report within Excel
  • Validate, enter, and process customer invoices and credit notes
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate posting of invoices and credit notes
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile customer accounts in both local and foreign currency
  • Reconciliation of A/R ledger and the issuing of monthly statements
  • Assist with audit requests
About you

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Comfortable working with large ERPs
  • Proven to be selfmotivated and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with SAP Business One
  • Exposure to dealing in multiple currencies


Due to the nature of the role, you will need either 2 years' experience as a Sales Ledger Clerk or an AAT Level 2 qualification.
