Join us in this role where you'll support digital and innovation product adoption across our portfolio of offshore windfarms by ensuring sustainable adoption and intended usage of our products by end-users and colleagues in Offshore Operations.

You'll support the product adoption efforts on both hardware and software through the change management cycle and with an excellent flair for building relations.

You'll support product owners in creating transparency on product adoption success and take advanced of being present in Operations UK East.

You'll be part of our Product and Asset Implementation team where you, together with your colleagues, will become an important part of Offshore Operations' digital and innovation journey to harvest the value of our digital and innovation products within the business.

As part of the agile setup in our team, you'll work with prioritised products and areas in close collaboration with product owners and Operations UK East.

We're a global team in growth, to support our green and sustainable journey now and in the future and being excellent within Operations.

As a team, we're collaborating across all regions in Operations with colleagues mastering diverse competencies. We're ambitious and passionate about supporting our regions in operating smoothly with our products.

You'll play an important role in:

collaborating across the business, primarily with the Operations Digital & Innovation department and Operations UK East on product implementation

- supporting product owners in developing implementation-, and training plans for the roll-out, and in some cases, in collaboration with organisational change managers
- conducting learning activities or workshops in Operations UK East
- ensuring intended usage and end-user success on the product adoption with a change management mindset
- supporting Operations UK East continuously after roll-out to ensure product success among end-users
- supporting product owners in collecting and visualising product adoption.

To succeed in the role, you:

have some experience from working in an Operations and Maintenance environment, preferably in offshore wind

- have experience with designing and developing roll-out approaches in a global scale
- have change management experience from a big organisational environment, preferably from using the ADKAR model
- can implement products, digital and/or hardware, and liaise with impacted groups from management to the end-user with technical knowledge
- have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and reach agreement through flexibility and compromise within a multi-cultural organisation
- are a team player and have good collaboration skills across all organisational levels.
