Description

This is a temporary, ongoing position with an established organisation, and this role will be based at their distribution depot in Swindon, SN3.


The role will involve:
- tracking and investigating customers queries.

  • Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
  • Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to management.
  • Coordinating investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Inputting and updating data using the CRM.
This is a full time vacancy (39 hours a week) and working hours will be between 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
