Description
This is a temporary, ongoing position with an established organisation, and this role will be based at their distribution depot in Swindon, SN3.
The role will involve:
- tracking and investigating customers queries.
- Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
- Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to management.
- Coordinating investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
- Inputting and updating data using the CRM.
