CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable business based in Lymington, Hampshire, to help them recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant for c3 months.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, our client will consider both part and full time hours.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve:

  • Accurately process purchase invoices ensuring that authorising procedures are followed;
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up any differences;
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly payments in Sage and provide PDF support for authorisation;
  • Process expense claims (incl. foreign currency) and provide expense analysis for month end accounts;
  • Process monthly credit card expenses.
  • Prior experience in a finance team including purchase ledger;
  • Available on short notice.
