About The Role:
We're looking for an Store Pick Specialist to join our Online team.
Our Store Pick specialist supports the roll out and improvement of our Store Pick operation across the estate.
You will be accountable for project co-ordinating various aspects of the roll out and improving operational best practise across the operation.
Also liaising with other central teams, to build and improve an operating model that is industry leading.Providing excellent customer service to internal customers ensuring commitment in helping to make things simpler for colleagues and better for customers.
As the Store Pick Specialist it is your job to:- Support the Home Delivery and Click and Collect expansion plan
- Build extremely strong relationships with teams across the business to
understanding of what this means in practise
- Understand teams deliverables, concentrations and impacts whilst
our Home Delivery rollout
- Ensure that the plan delivers the agreed business priorities and improves
- Incorporate awareness of the market and the current business environment
balance between activity and capacity is achieved
- Design and deliver business ways of working taking into consideration how
they should be governed ensuring a defined framework is in place
- Ensure successful delivery of the plan and mínimal impact/ disruption to
- Establish and monitor the use of common group Programme / Project
efficiency, simplicity and improve stakeholder management
- Find shared opportunities and synergies across the business, in other

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need skills/ experience in:
- An excellent understanding of project coordination and its impact on a fast paced expansion plan
- The ability to look for ways to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity
- Significant experience of delivering new/different ways of working within a Retail environment
- The ability to build and maintain a networks that provides internal and external customer insight
- The ability to generate confidence by engaging leadership through negotiating and collaborating
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- The ability to develop a strategy and translate this into operational business plans
- Significant understanding of a store & retail operation
- Significant commercial understanding
- Detailed understanding of a Home Delivery store picking model
