The client are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their office as a Digital Admin Apprentice where you will play a vital part in the company.

What will I be doing?

Duties:


  • Answering telephone as a receptionist and greeting clients who come to visit
  • Use of All aspects of the Microsoft Office package to complete day to day administration tasks
  • Filling and other administration duties completed on filling portal called Virtual Cabinet
  • Setting up meeting rooms and sending out meeting invites for virtual meetings
  • Reception support (maintaining meeting room stock, refilling stationary cupboards etc.)
  • HR Admin support, preparing letters, recruitment, filling etc.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Good written and verbal communicative skills
  • Time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office with willingness to learn new systems
  • Selfmotivated and determined
  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team

Salary:

£14,000 per annum.
