Resident Liaison Officer/Complaints Officer

£30,000 - £32,500 PA

Key Responsibilities:
- To act as the primary point of contact for residents having work carried out to their home, estate or communal areas. To attend prework surveys.
- To organise, deliver and attend programmes of resident liaison/meetings where there is a need to consult residents on issues. This may involve supporting other teams or departments.
- Regular site visits/open properties and ensure residents are kept fully informed of what work will be taking place.
- Preparation and delivery of preworks information for residents.
- Assist with health and safety spot checks
- Deal with Complaints including initial follow up visits and investigations.
- Accurately record and acknowledge all customer contacts, complaint details, actions and learning points on CRM.
Requirements:
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Previous experience as an RLO in Repairs
- Experience dealing with complaints
