Resident Liaison Officer/Complaints Officer

Housing Association

Bracknell/Reading based

Temp - Perm

£30,000 - £32,500 PA

Drivers License & vehicle is required

Key Responsibilities:


  • To act as the primary point of contact for residents having work carried out to their home, estate or communal areas. To attend prework surveys.
  • To organise, deliver and attend programmes of resident liaison/meetings where there is a need to consult residents on issues. This may involve supporting other teams or departments.
  • Regular site visits/open properties and ensure residents are kept fully informed of what work will be taking place.
  • Preparation and delivery of preworks information for residents.
  • Assist with health and safety spot checks
  • Deal with Complaints including initial follow up visits and investigations.
  • Accurately record and acknowledge all customer contacts, complaint details, actions and learning points on CRM.

Requirements:


  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Previous experience as an RLO in Repairs
  • Experience dealing with complaints
