We are currently looking for a PM/BA within FRTB CVA, supporting the Program Manager in delivering the Standardised Approach for calculating CVA capital (SA-CVA) under FRTB revised standards.
This will be a high visibility role sitting within FO and willinvolve interaction with stakeholders from different levels across Trading, Risk, Quants, Finance and IT.

About the role
Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
- 6+ years Project Management and/or BA experience from a Tier 1 IB or Big 4 consultancy working within Risk Management areas
- Risk SME with understanding of market risk management practices, models, processes and controls and demonstratable experience working as BA or hybrid BA/PM in Regulatory Risk initiatives
- Knowledge/experience of regulatory rules on FRTB and XVA/CVA/CCR preferred but not essential
- Ability to chair and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders, drive agenda items
- Experience in managing change (as a PM or BA) from the project initiation phase right through to project completion
- Solid understanding of the Project Management life cycleand can demonstrate experience in implementing project governance standards and producing/managingdocumentation such as project planning, scoping, RAID management
- Good understanding of trade life cycle
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory rules on FRTB would be advantageous

- Strong educational background
- Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
