You are invited to join an innovative and national award winning staff resilience hub, 'Here For You', as the Clinical Lead for the Mid & South Essex region with a focus on the acute Hospital Trust.

This service is part of a system-wide strategy to provide person-centred, holistic, trauma-informed psychological support to staff, enabling colleagues to sustain fulfilling, productive and purposeful working lives.

Working collaboratively, you will be part of the wider HFY team, consisting of Consultant, Principal and qualified Clinical Psychologists, High Intensity workers, Clinical Associates in Psychology, Assistant Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses, a Project Manager and Administrator.

Being part of this wider team allows the opportunity for differentiation of work and CPD. For example, the team actively shares learning, resources, and reflective spaces across the different work streams.

This work is highly valued by the hospital staff at all levels within the organisation, as shown by the current investment.

The role includes; developing specialist care pathways to respond to the needs of acute hospital staff, delivering and supervising onsite and remote 1:1 and group psychological interventions, liaising with key stakeholders across the acute hospital sites, providing consultation and interventions in response to current incidents and pressures within the system, and developing longer-term resilience focused plans for teams affected by recurrent traumatic experiences.
