A Way Out are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced person to fill the below role of
Family Intervention Coordinator:

Family Intervention Coordinator, part time (25 hrs pw), salary £22,715.79 Pro Rata Per Annum


The beneficiaries of this project are the family members of clients who are on caseload with either our Liberty or Blossom Projects.

The Blossom Project provides support to girls and young women aged or 25 with additional needs) to support them with a range of vulnerabilities and empower them to make positive changes within their lives.


The role of the Family Intervention Coordinator is to support families to understand the causes and consequences of clients' presentations and behaviour, learn to identify and manage risks, and develop communication strategies and skills such as problem solving, boundary setting and self-care.


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
Up to £22,715.79 per year


Experience:

- social work: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • HCPC (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
