We have twotemporary to permanent roles for the next few months to support our client based in Manchester
You will provide support to the team by ensuring the following:
Duties:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Responding to bookings
- Assisting clients make bookings
- Data Entry
- Fielding calls
- Logging call activity
- Admin support
- You will need to be highly organised, efficient, effective and have good customer service skills, these are new roles so we are looking for candiates with a flexible approach.
