A brand new role has landed to work at our client based in Sherburn who specialize in high quality, bespoke, timber wood windows and doors, and who manufacture across Yorkshire and beyond

sales administrator:


A superb opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join a well-established business who supply high value, handmade, wood windows, doors, conservatories and orangies to a variety of clients across the UK.


Supporting the sales director and sales team, you will provide a process driven approach to administration along with a first class customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery with a personal communicative approach being a priority at all times of the customer journey.

The Role:


  • Developing systems and process for the business
  • Managing the sales admin process from quote through to invoicing
  • Bookkeeping using Xero accountant software
  • Purchase Ledger management
  • Managing a paperless filing system
