HOME BASED - Employment Law Advisor - CONTRACTS, HANDBOOKS, POLICIES

Role overview

You'll be working with a range of SME clients and providing advice and guidance specifically relating to drafting contracts, company handbooks, policies and procedures.
Delivering high quality advice and legally compliant documentation
Understanding your client's objectives and giving advice whilst complying with the law. Advising clients on the consequences of not following advice.
Deliver training to paralegals and trainees when required
Building strong relationships with your clients, acting as an Account Manager for their enquiries.
Ensuring recording of advice and time on the CRM
Maintaining an up to date and indepth knowledge of employment law

What experience/qualifications you'll need?

Either a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) or relevant equivalent
HR/ER qualification or experience.

We can consider a newly qualified legal professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainee/paralegal.
