This post holder will provide administrative support for MATS and will work in helping the other administrative staff support the function of the MATS.
To respect the individuality, values, culture and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and contribute to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
The post holder will be responsible for providing clinic administration and reception support to patients attending Outpatient Clinics or Inpatient wards; this will include receiving and greeting patients into clinic areas whilst recording the patient's attendance and clinical outcome on the PARIS system.
Ensuring that all processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an efficient appointment booking service.
Booking of all stationery and clinical equipment. Monitor generic team mailbox and distribute or action accordingly. Responsible for booking interpreters for the service.
Be responsible for collecting and distributing the post for the offices on a daily basis in the morning and afternoon.
Provide cover for colleagues during times of sickness and annual leave. Undertake any other duties as required by staff, which are commensurate with the grade. Ability to use word processing packages. A willingness to develop in their role as required.
