Healthcare Support Worker

[Exeter Hospital] | [Endoscopy] | [Permanent] |[ Part time]

Up to £22,000 pro rata depending on skills and experience

20 hours per week


Right now, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Endoscopy Healthcare Support Worker in Exeter.

About Exeter Hospital

At the Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital we're recognised for our expert clinical care, expertise and friendly atmosphere. Our excellent teamwork and commitment to training has created an innovative clinical environment. Our hospital has, 3 theatres and 1 endoscopy room within the theatre department. We also provide physiotherapy, pathology and diagnostic imaging services. We're conveniently located just outside the city centre, so the hospital is easily accessible using public transport.

About the Role

In this role you'll support the team in Endoscopy in providing care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedure.

You must be a motivated person who enjoys a fast pace, be able to demonstrate good communication skills (both written and verbal) and show initiative in a challenging and interesting environment.

Skills/Experience Required

An NVQ qualification II or III is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. You will need a flexible approach to both duties and hours as flexibility is key to this role. Shifts may include evenings and weekend work.
