Description

Duties to include:

Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal


Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance.

Medical records are also checked at this point.

Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor.

Highly articulate & numerate

Must be accurate with great attention to detail.

First class communication & time management

A tenacious, adaptable multitasker

Excellent IT knowledge

Prepared to go the extra mile

Polished and well presented with an excellent telephone manner

The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8-pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and excellent telephone/admin skills.

Full training will be the ability to pick things up quickly is essential.
