Your role:


Joining us as a Junior Artworker will see you deliver a range of integrated artwork, with a consistently good level of attention to detail.

You will be responsible for the production of print ready or pixel perfect artwork for use across all of the agency's output to produce work of an exceptional quality.


  • Keep up to date with awardwinning work and trends, developing your craft
  • Actively develop your skills in the core design programs, including, but not limited to: Photoshop; Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Ensure the work that you produce is completed to deadline and is of the upmost quality, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and ownership
  • Work with Head of Artwork and Senior Artworkers to ensure that all work leaving the agency is of the upmost quality
  • Develop good working relationships with all relevant departments and wider team members
  • Have experience of using core design programs, including, but not limited to: Photoshop; Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint (Figma and Sketch would be a bonus)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate examples of work through a portfolio
