We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team where you will work with client services, operations and compliance.

Work with business stakeholders to collate and obtain agreement on business process and requirements.

  • Identify design and system options for deliverables and provide recommendations on how best solutions can meet business requirements.
  • Perform 'AsIs' and 'ToBe' analysis to identify root cause of challenging business problems.
  • Support our continuous improvement activity, defining best practices and sharing knowledge
  • Work in a handson capacity on select projects and BAU items within the overall programme, carrying out business analysis and acceptance testing to the highest standard.
  • Create user stories to the highest standard and specification in an agreed format, which can be passed on to development and test teams.
  • Document changes, produce and update minutes of meetings and keep all stakeholders updated on any changes to project requirements.
  • Produce mockups to the highest standard and work with development teams to comeup with solutions, which are both effective and achievable.
  • Liaise with regional contacts regularly to ensure updates and communication on BAU / work request releases.
  • Keep the Business change manager aware of any escalations or issues as soon as they arise and seek assistance and guidance where necessary so that project risks can be mitigated as early as possible.
  • Be actively involved in all aspects of a project lifecycle from discovery to delivery and postimplementation review.
  • Help provide oversight on all technical deliverables to ensure ultimate work output from all delivery teams is of the expected standard and suitable for customer delivery.
  • Coordinate end user acceptance test across all CMC offices.
  • Prepare and deliver training material for end users. Conduct and support usertraining activities.
  • Work with project stakeholders to create, manage and prioritise backlog of epics and stories.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within the financial sector is essential;
  • Experience working with complex business and technical systems within an IT function is essential;
  • Experience of business analysis in client onboarding, CRM and Sales area is highly desirable;
  • Experience of business analysis involving improvement of endtoend user journeys is highly desirable;
  • Proven experience using wire framing /prototyping tools i.e. Balsamiq, Azure
  • Proven experience using collaboration tools i.e. Teams, Miro
