Our client in an online order platform for fashionable homewear. You will be working in a modern and luxury office space above the distribution facility.


The role will involve

  • Giving an exceptional customer service experience.

About you

  • At least 1 year's experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Experience within ecommerce is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, well presented, friendly and professional.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday with a choice of:


  • 8am

  • 4pm
  • 9am 5pm
  • Occasional Sundays are required

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
