Hybrid working (3 days per week onsite)

Are you an experience Project Support Officer (PSO) looking for your next interim assignment? My client is a NHS organisation based in the West Midlands.

They seek a PSO to join their team as part of a large digital transformation programme. This role is outside of IR35 and is a hybrid working set up (a mix of onsite and offsite).

The role:

Providing highly detailed, meticulous and accurate PSO responsibilities in a large and mission critical digital transformation programme

Supporting Project Managers and Programme Manager with their delivery targets and objectives

Proficient Minute taker at high level complex meetings

Project documentation including risks and issues

Diary management, booking meetings and communications

Manage centralised mailbox

Experience needed:

Demonstrable experience as a highly efficient, meticulous PSO

PSO experience in large and complex digital systems / software implementations

Proven experience delivering highly accurate, timely and concise writing skills

Working in a complex and large organisation during a significant digital transformation

Managing and working with stakeholders of all levels

Collation and dissemination of various programme documentation

Diary management

Brilliant communication and organisation skills
