All you need is some Administration experience or you can be a recent education leaver with strong organisational skills and excellent communication skillsThe role:
- Assisting with diary management and meeting schedules
- Producing documents and meeting packs
- Ordering stationary and catering
- Chasing clients for information
- Ensuring the office is presentable
- Supporting with CRM input and data management
- Answering calls, client liaison
- Administration experience ideal not essential
- Excellent organisational
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
