We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing claims management client who wish to increase their claims handling ability with a Personal Injury Claims Advisor.

Having grown from 70 employees in 2020 to now a team of 300 they are looking for a customer focused individual with a proven track record of claims handling of complex and high-value personal injury claims.

The portfolio of claims will range from between £25k - £150k including both litigated and non-litigated claims.

What you'll be doing?

Overseeing the effective management of Personal Injury and Motor claims cradle to grave.
Manage a claims portfolio of claims valued at £25k £150k.
Oversee and guide claimants through claims proceedures should the worst happen.
Offer exceptional customer service whilst present at policyholders' properties to assess liability, record, value and negotiate claim settlement
Identify fraudulent claims for additional attention.
Assist in identifying new opportunities for process change to improve claimant experience.

What you'll need to have?

Experience handling Personal Injury claims upto and in excess of 100k.
Ideally minimum 12 months' experience working in the Liability, Credit Hire or PI team for an insurer or motor claims handler.
Able to commute to the office in Tonbridge, Kent.
