Are you an Application Packager looking for a company to support your development?

Our team is looking for someone excited to undertake all aspects of Application Packaging from initial discovery and assessment, through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to final deployment in a secure environment.

What you'll be doing:

Document all steps taken to create Application Packages mentioning any caveats in the form of Recipes
Software integration and compatibility testing of all packages created
Ensuring that packaged products meet client set requirements and specifications
Managing UAT requirements with the Senior user
Uplift packages to higher classification networks when required
Be in charge of Application Packaging request tickets with weekly updates
Writing, reviewing and maintaining the Teams processes and procedures
Provide cover for CAPS coordinator.
Suggest improvements and innovations (CSI&I) that could assist with the introduction of efficiencies into the environment.
Provide support for Incident resolution or Problem investigation activities.
Work with business and security frameworks (ITIL, JSP, IMN).

What you'll bring:

VSphere & VMWare Workstation
Experience with Application sequencing
Appv (v5) Packaging and Troubleshooting
MSI Packaging and Troubleshooting, MSI / MST Tailoring
MECM (console/client) administration
Software distribution and OS development and silent installation techniques and trouble shooting.
