Collins Property Recruitment are looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join a market leading business in their Barnet office.


The main purpose of this role is to sell the best and most luxurious new homes and new home development sites in the area, as well as building strong relationships with developers across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch new sites to market agree a sales & marketing strategy making sure it is delivered on time and on brand
  • Generate new and repeat business from existing clients
  • Manage call outs to the new homes database and generate targeted viewings
  • Sell stock ahead of launch (Off-Plan Sales)
  • Conduct off plan appointments / Carry out own viewings
As the New Homes Consultant you will receive the following:

  • £30,000
  • £35,000 Basic Salary
  • Car Allowance
  • Uncapped Commission
- £70,000 OTE


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven track record selling new homes developments
  • An understanding how developers and developments work
  • Ability to meet and manage developer clients
  • Understanding of New Homes finance, help to buy etc
  • Ability to produce, articulate and present sales & marketing strategies
