The market is opening up An _
HR Advisor_ role has landed on my desk; if you are an HR Professional open to a
Fixed Term Contract, this role is for you.

The role offers:

A salary of between £35,000 and £43,000.
37 hours a week.
6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Hybrid working: more on site than off.

The role will include:

Providing specialist and strategic advice and support on complex casework
Coaching and supporting managers involved complex HR procedures
Helping managers find solutions that will line up with best practice employment legislation
Help develop HR policy and procedures
Overseeing HR Coordination
Supporting and Advising HR Managers on Change Management
Support the HR team with their workloads
CIPD level 5 or equivalent (not essential)
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Sound experience of working in HR functions
Experience of advising HR Managers
Excellent communication skills
