Quality & Food Safety Graduate


Our client a leading employer of choice in Tyrone, are currently in search of a
Quality & Food Safety Graduate to join their renowned team.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Working collaboratively with the Food Safety and Quality team to monitor quality assurance, hygiene, and food safety activities
  • Assisting with food safety & quality operations, procedures, and document control
  • Assisting in carrying out audits
- carrying out internal audits and assisting with external and customer audits

  • Assisting in evaluating SOPs being implemented, trained, and compiled
  • Logging complaints, assisting with close investigations into complaints and communicating to the relevant personnel
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance and updating of the department files including SOPS, Risk Assessments, HACCP, and quality management documents

Essential Criteria:


  • Relevant Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition or similar
  • Knowledge of HSE requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong financial understanding and business acumen
