ROLE OVERVIEW:


Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model, recently named Campaign's Global Performance Marketing Agency of the Year.


This is a new role to partner with the UK MD and work closely with the UK Group COO to deliver our vision for Croud UK.

This role is at the heart of the ongoing transformation of the UK agency as we gear up for the next stage of growth.

This role is being created because the business has grown significantly and the management team requires additional support.

It will allow the MD to focus on clients and new business, partnering with the COO to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

This role will also work closely with the people and finance teams in the UK to land an integrated growth strategy.


The whole leadership team will be tasked with delivering the agency strategy, the COO and MD will take responsibility for defining the roles and responsibilities to deliver it.


Croud operates a
hybrid working model with a minimum of
3 days a week
based in our London office** and the remaining days from home if you wish.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The key objectives of the role will include:

  • To partner with the UK MD to align on how strategy is going to be delivered, creating a sense of change and transformation in the agency
  • To create the optimal team structure for the UK and manage resource planning, supported by Group COO
  • To ensure Croud UK hits Gross Margin target, supported by Group COO
  • To lead the Croud UK revenue forecasting process and ensure its accuracy (+/5% in month and month ahead)
  • To oversee onboarding of new clients with monthly revenues >£35K
  • To set up and manage the optimal meeting cadence/structure for the UK management teams to interact/deliver the strategy
  • To ensure that we have processes in place to deliver growth revenue target (upsell/cross sell)
  • To set and monitor KPIs for Performance and Organic teams in line with agency strategy (media diversification, channel revenue growth, client and team satisfaction)
  • To support delivery for key clients and pitches, particularly when there is an operational or consultative bias

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 17:30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
