Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday
What will you be doing?
- As a Business Administration Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
- Investigating and responding promptly to queries and complaints from both external customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Skilfully managing daily administration of paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete, meeting our KPIs and standards.
- Efficiently processing invoices, distributing charges to relevant departments, and maintaining meticulous files.
- Navigating interdepartmental crossbilling and invoicing with ease.
- Communicating with drivers and warehouse staff.
Requirements:
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications and attributes to the table:
- Desirable administration experience, with knowledge of the industry considered a plus.
- Essential strong customer service skills that leave a lasting impression.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to handle any challenge that comes your way.
- Outstanding organisational prowess, with the ability to prioritise tasks in challenging situations with tight deadlines.
- Swift and accurate data entry skills, because precision is the name of the game.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
