£30,000 plus excellent benefits package

Macildowie are excited to be recruiting for a software organisation based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join the projects team providing an excellent on boarding service to their customers.

You willbe responsible for the customer support cycle ensuring a smooth on boarding process with their new systems implementation and provide full support with training and any queries they may have.

This is a full time, permanent role working on a hybrid basis.


Role and responsibilities include:

Being the main point of contact for all new customers and ensuring a smooth on boarding process
Create and oversee the timescales for each customer project
Reviewing incoming data sheets, liaising with customers to ensure all data going into the system has been captured in the right way and uploading everything to the system in line with the time plan
Organise and deliver administrator training to customers over the phone
Make follow up calls with customers after their initial training to help answer questions
Conduct a thorough handover with the account management team
Have solid experience in managing customer projects and an understanding of project management.
Live and breathe great customer service, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at every interaction
Be able to successfully juggle lots of different projects at once
Be a great problem-solver
Be an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
