Career Teachers have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Teacher of Business Studies, on a full-time, temporary basis, starting February 2023.


To be successful for this role, you must:

  • Have recent experience teaching Business Studies within a school setting on either a permanent or temporary basis.
  • Hold qualified teacher status (QTS / QTLS)
  • Eligibility to work within the UK
  • Hold an enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one
  • Have uptodate safeguarding training; Career Teachers offer a FREE online Safeguarding training course
  • Able to provide a minimum of 2 x references to cover the last 2 years of employment history
  • Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and 5. The additional experience of teaching ICT KS4 would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive mindset with a passion for teaching and learning
  • Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupils
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management
  • Committed to raising attainment
