2 days from home working for a charity that has won awards for being a great place to work (best companies / investors in people).This role is coaching and supporting ex-offenders back into employment - making a real difference.

You will spend 3 days a week working out of 3 different probation trusts (so a day each at Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Swindon).And then 2 days at home.

Travel is paid from your base office distance onwards i.e., if you lived 2 miles from Swindon, but Cheltenhamwas 10 miles away, you will be paid for 8 miles of mileage).
To apply, you must have worked in a job supporting people into employment, either within employability or recruitment.

So, you might have worked as a recruitment consultant, in-house recruiter, talent acquisition officer, employment advisor, employment coach,job coach, support manager or careers advisor.

You might also be a criminology graduate with some voluntary or paid experience.
