CRM Team Global is an international consulting and technology vendor in the Salesforce ecosystem, based in Bishop's Stortford.


We're looking for a
proactive, logical-thinker to join us as a
Salesforce Administrator to help our customers get more from their investment in Salesforce CRM.


You'll primarily work in-person from our office in Bishop's Stortford though some remote working may be possible in this role.


You'll use your
exceptional communication skills on a day-to-day basis to learn about our clients' businesses,
understand what they need to achieve and offer technical solutions to them.


The majority of our professional services clients are based in the UK, however as we have global reach, you'll be
interacting with teams in Europe, USA and our subsidiary based in India.

You'll have the confidence and gravitas to communicate on all levels of seniority, from C-level, technical specialists, to end-users.
You'll enjoy working in a highly visible role.

Responsibilities
We need your help to increase our delivery capacity and market share. We know that you have experience in Salesforce Administrator but you must also show a tenacious appetite to continuous learning

  • You'll initially receive onthejob guidance from our inhouse Senior Salesforce Consultant and Director of Customer Success so you won't be left to fend for yourself, but you will be accountable for hosting and driving onscreen calls with clients, ensuring that you understand their requirements before delivering them as a solution in Salesforce (either yourself or with the support of our subsidiary team).
  • You'll work on presales demos for our own AppExchange CPQ app (Flexpricer) and support new installers with making their implementation a success.
  • You could be involved involved in the delivery of 34 professional services projects at any one time, so you'll need the ability to prioritise activities and ensure that dependencies are fully met.
  • You'll also take responsibility for ensuring ongoing professional development using Trailhead and expanding your certifications.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ideally 2+ years experience as a businessfocused Salesforce Administrator with certifications.
  • Experience in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud are important Clouds, though supplementary experience in Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement) and Revenue Cloud will be helpful.
  • Demonstrably techsavvy, critical thinker and problemsolver, able to adapt and learn our systems (CRM, document management, project management) quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, delivering projects ontime, onbudget.
  • Your attitude to learning and development combined with your ability to communicate and understand business needs are as important as your technical delivery skills._

Location
You can reach our offices from the town centre bus stop and train station.

There are limited parking facilities onsite and we cannot guarantee that car parking will always be available with this role.
