Robertson Bell has partnered with this independent research-led organisation as they recruit an Assistant Accountant on an initial 3-month temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable professional to hit the groundrunning and manage all aspects of the sales ledger.
The key responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant are:
- To raise sales invoices as required and ensure that they are entered on to the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- To assist in the revenue budget and forecasting processes.
- Maintain regular contact with Project Officers and ensure that relevant payments and invoicing are completed accordingly.
- Undertake regular revenue reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis with the relevant teams.
My client offers excellent benefits including flexible working arrangements, with travel to the office only required on a very hybrid basis to their offices based in Central London.
Essential requirements:
- A partqualified accountant or experienced bookkeeper.
- Previous experience managing purchase and sales ledgers and strong reconciliation skills.
- Good computer literacy and excel spreadsheet skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
