Description
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative on behalf of a well-established Crewe based client.


Daily Duties will include:


  • Managing the yard effectively in order to maximise efficiency.
  • Directing drivers to the correct loading bay
  • Organising the yard in order to hit 'turn around' times.
  • Collating figures and reporting back Warehouse Manager
  • Completing basic repairs of equipment
  • Meeting daily KPI's targets
  • Have strong leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to be assertive but also remain professional at all times.
  • Have a good level of English.
  • Be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Be able to work as part of a team to meet figures.
  • Be able to work well under pressure.

Working hours are:


  • Any 5 over 7 10am2pm (20 hours per week)
**Immediate starts available, with long term on-going work.


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
