We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our client's family-run building and construction company based near Ipswich.

This well-established company work alongside a selection of local subcontractors and they pride themselves on a high-specfinish. Working throughout Suffolk, they cover all aspects of building and construction including extensions, renovations and new builds.

Working hours:

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you'll be required to work full-time, Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm.

The successful Multi-Skilled Operative will be offered:

£28,000
£30,000 basic

To be considered for the Multi-Skilled Operative role you must have the following:

Previous experience in a multi-skilled building role
Residential experience
A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
Excellent personal and customer service skills
CSCS card

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, your role will involve:

Kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, painting and decorating, labouring tasks, door hanging, roofing, bricklaying
Visiting highspec properties in the Suffolk area
Working within a team of experienced builders
