Overview / Responsibilities:


Wood Applied Intelligence (AI) is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator for a fixed term 7 month contract, to work within their Autonomous Solutions business area.

The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible understanding the request raised internally, raising PO, and expediting with the suppliers to ensure the delivery dates on time.

Responsibilities / Duties:


  • Process purchasing requests received internally, contacting to clarify requirements to ensure that accurate data has been included
  • Raise POs and obtain acknowledgement from suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries are on track for scheduled delivery dates and quantities
  • Update delivery dates on exchequer in timely manner
  • Ensure POD's and Invoices are received per consignment
  • Validate and 'book in' received invoices to generate PDN numbers
  • Update and maintain Stratus/Exchequer systems that improve accuracy of planning and reporting
  • Collect and collate relevant data and format concisely and appropriately to make it presentable to all relevant parties
  • Collate, complete and file delivery paperwork and invoices to create an accurate audit trail
  • Completing additional duties as and when required

Skills / Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software

CIPS qualification or working towards it desirable but not essential


Knowledge, skills and experience:


  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Applicants should have good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Can do attitude
  • Highly numerate
  • Intercom terms knowledge desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Be able to work well independently
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and good overall PC skills
  • Good Listening skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Handles Pressure
