£75,000 - £80,000 OTE

We've been selling electric bikes for over 6 years and opened our current Bristol showroom in November 2017 which then moved to a new location on Whiteladies Road, Bristol on 27th July 2021.
We have grown massively over the last few years, now with a total of 10 stores in Stroud, Gloucester, Cardiff, Birmingham, Battersea, Brentwood, Uckfield, Wilmslow and Harrogate.
We have lots more exiting projects coming on board which has led to this newly created role, and the search for an experienced, highly motivated Head of Marketing, that wants to be a part of an exciting journey with us who is not afraid to get stuck in.
This role will be supported by a small team within the Marketing Department that will be reporting to you on a daily basis.
This role will be field based so you will be expected to travel on occasions, some remote working may also be required.
As a key member of the Marketing department will be responsible for:
Leading, developing and planning strategic marketing campaigns that will attract new customers, new businesses and investors in line with our goals.
The Head of Marketing will have a proven track record of working in marketing at management levelIncreasing the companys reputation
Producing regular analytical reports as well as being responsible for budget management.
Creating and maintaining new business relationships
Develop a deep understanding of the Electric Bike industry complexities and innovative customer engagement tools to optimise and maximise opportunities
The Head of Marketing will manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Report on performance
The successful Head of Marketing will have:
Leadership experience gained in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Budget ownership including creating the budget and ongoing management throughout the financial year.
Excellent copywriting skills and creative flair in designing marketing campaigns end to end and can demonstrate experience of in house content creation and design.
Experience of both digital and in store marketing
