The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Creative Director to manage creative and production projects from concept creation through to completion.

You will play a key role in the agency's wider leadership team and be part of our exciting growth plans.

You will be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

You know how to motivate and direct a team to design and produce best-in-class, integrated work.

The role

  • Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations
  • Generating original and effective creative concepts
  • Managing and supervising multiple projects with internal and external teams
  • Directing the design and development of the agency's creative product
  • Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across client brands
  • Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines
  • Presenting creative work to clients, taking feedback and problem solving
  • Running and developing the design department as line manager
  • Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions
  • Overseeing creative resourcing and freelance hiring
  • Playing a key role on new business pitches
  • Training, knowledge sharing and keeping up with industry best practices

The person

  • Relevant agency experience to Associate Creative Director level
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing especially digital and social media
  • Proven track record of concept and strategy development
  • Excellent presentation skills, a confident communicator who isn't afraid to
- have an opinion

  • Experience leading and managing teams
- 'Can do' approach

  • Ability to establish relationships with new and existing clients at all levels
  • Thinks commercially and strategically as well as creatively
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Advertising degree or similar
