Position Overview:


As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our practice, managing front desk operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing outstanding customer care.

Your nursing experience will be invaluable in supporting our team and enhancing the patient experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize your nursing background to support clinical staff and assist with patient care when needed.
  • Take on a Treatment Coordinating Role, guiding patients through treatment plans and financial arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with practice standards, CQC regulations, and other protocols.
  • Proactively contact patients before their appointments and follow up after their visits to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Gather and relay patient information to clinicians, promoting effective communication and personalized care.
  • Actively promote the clinic, our dentists, and our services to enhance patient engagement and retention.
  • Obtain patient reviews and feedback to help us continually improve our services.
  • Resolve any patient issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle payments and financial aspects of patient care with accuracy and integrity.
  • Support administrative tasks, potentially including HR and compliance duties, to alleviate the load on management.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a dental practice setting. This experience is nonnegotiable.
  • Must have dental experience as a manager, receptionist with administrative responsibilities, or nurse.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with SOE dental software are absolutely essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks effectively in a dental environment.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Presentable, proactive, and capable of thinking independently while following established protocols.
