Metalis are working with a precision engineering company who are lookimg for a
CNC Turning / Sliding Head PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATORto join thier team on a
full time basis based in
Nottingham.
Description
- The CNC Turning / Sliding Head Programmer/Setter/Operator will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the continuous improvement of their own work and that of a highly skilled team.
- Also, to demonstrate initiative, be flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
- We are also looking for applicants who are willing to further their and the companies skillset towards its machining and programming capabilities.
- Machinery:
- STAR SV3
- Sliding Head
- STAR SB20R* Sliding Head
- Citizen L16 and B1
- Sliding Head
Hours:
This role will be mornings/afternoon shift on an alternating weekly basis 37.5 hours a week.
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Friday 6am-11:30am/11:30am-5pm
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays (Christmas shutdown)
