Sales Leader
Switch Advisor Ltd is looking for a Sales Leader to help us grow and maintain our growth path.


Responsibilities:


Manage sales team of at least 4 people.

  • Work with sales team to develop new business opportunities by prospecting for qualified customers.
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients by providing ongoing sales training, product recommendations, and product updates.
  • Achieve and meet goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Work with management to ensure goals are achieved while streamlining the sales process.
  • Stay up to date on new products and industry trends by attending trade shows, etc. (as assigned).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation skills preferred.
