Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a rapidly expanding Wealth Management Company.
They were established nearly 40 years ago are independent and seek always to provide the most appropriate solutions for their clients.
Above all they believe that supporting our advisers to deliver positive client outcomes is central to their function.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with our phone system, taking and passing on messages, transferring calls etc.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post for the whole business,
- Greeting clients and preparing for meeting arrangements, refreshments etc.
- Stationary ordering
- General office administration
- Some financial services and accountancy administration
- Operating reception for 2 offices
- Organisation and logistic planning for meetings, events and hot desks

Skills and experience required:
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Able to manage your time and changing requirements efficiently
- Experience with liaising with clients
