Finance Director | 12 Month FTC | Leeds | £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a vibrant and nationally recognised Not for Profit organisation in Leeds who are looking for a Finance Director to join their team.

The organisation have flexibility surrounding working hoursand their working from home policy.


They are looking for a technically minded senior leader, to work closely with the Executive Team to drive strategic growth.


Duties will include:


  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of ongoing projects, providing detailed reports on budgets, management accounts, statistics and cashflow projections
  • Preparation of annual budget and cashflow forecasts
  • Manage 3 members of staff and hold responsibility for their development
  • Liaise with company auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation
  • Take the lead on the development of company financial strategy
  • Presentation of key information to boardlevel and nonfinance stakeholders

Person:


  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Available to start a new role at a maximum of a 1month notice period
  • Confident preparing budgets and management reporting
  • Demonstrable experience leading the audit process
  • Excellent system and MS Excel capabilities
