BIRMINGHAM/MANCHESTER

THE COMPANY


This leading UK network provider is seeking a Credit Policy Analyst to join their finance and strategy team, taking a key role in developing credit policies.

This role will see you work directly across a range of products and offers an opportunity to bepart of exciting new projects.

THE ROLE
This role will focus on developing and optimising credit policies to enhance customer experience and manage risk across products


You can expect to:

  • Deliver insights into policy and processes, providing recommendations on improvements and optimisation
  • Use SAS and SQL to analyse multiple data sources in order to create credit policy
  • Support the implementation of ID authentication and fraud management tools
  • Communicate and work closely with other teams across the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using and understanding of SAS and SQL
  • Prior experience writing policy and creating reports
  • Understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, particularly acquisitions
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Educated to degree level in a numerate degree
