Year 1 Teacher and Year Lead - Stechford
Are you a fully qualified teacher looking for a new opportunity to start in January?

I am currently recruiting for a school in Stechford, Birmingham that are looking for a Fully Qualified Teacher to take on the responsibility of year 1 lead and class teacher.

You will be working 5 days a week and will be responsible for the planning and marking of a whole class as well as looking after a team of 3 teachers and directing them in their teaching.

You will help to ensure the children's individual needs are met.

Youwill be required to follow the schools' policies and procedures as well as implementing your own strategies to create an enabling environment for all pupils.

The successful teacher will be nurturing, patient and will genuinely want to make a difference.

You will be part of the school's success and it is important you are able to maintain the quality throughout your time there and reflect the school well just likeevery other member of staff.
