Our client are a fast growth business.

They are now looking for a Digital Designer to join the team.


Key Responsibilities:

Your role will have clear and equally important elements:

  • Offering input into creative meetings and presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Designing for the website's visual imagery and the improvement of user journeys whilst ensuring it's in line with company branding policy and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide fresh thinking, strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design whilst adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop ideas and bring them to life from a design perspective.
  • Review competitors and keep up to date with the latest design trends to constantly improve the look and feel of the marketing collateral.
  • Maintaining a high visual standard across all designed output and assist others in maintaining this standard.
  • Adhere to and aid in the development of design team processes for consistent improvement of the team.

Systems:


  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Miro (Collaboration Management)
  • Minimum of 12 years graphic/digital design experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and InDesign
  • Works well as a team player and an independent thinker
  • Ability to handle fastpaced environments and take initiative
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Full of creative and contemporary ideas with a cando attitude,
  • Accuracy of work, proof reading, excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and truly passionate about design with a creative approach and a desire to learn and develop creative skills within the role
  • Excellent organisational, time management and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in digital design and print
  • An understanding of UI/UX and motion would be highly beneficial but not essential
